Pete has been originating mortgages since 1985. Although all aspects of the mortgage loan process are important, Pete's primary concern is "you", his client, and not just as part of your current transaction, but in all future transactions.

"Continued customers and referrals are the cornerstone of my business. I understand the need for each customer to feel as if they are my only customer throughout their transactions, from our initial meeting until closing. I want to be recognized for all phases of the mortgage process, but I truly believe that my customer service is my specialty." Pete's support team has the same attitude.

Pete's staff is headed by Marcia Ziemke - she has been with Pete for 18 years. Marcia's expertise leads to the success of Pete's team. Katie Basara and Lisa Ryskamp have been with Bell Mortgage for a total of 14 years and together they manage Pete's loan coordination. "There is a comfort level for realtors and buyers in knowing they will always have a qualified person available to them," Pete says.
